Emily’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and interactive. She works with older teens (16 years +) and adults to find more effective ways of dealing with the stressors they are facing.
Emily is trained in Eye movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and approaches her work from an attachment lens.
Emily has extensive experience and interest in helping those recovering from trauma, anxiety disorders, depression (including postpartum), relationship challenges, parenting concerns and stress
